Saving files
Pages and images that you view in Explorer
can be saved onto your home directory for later use
in other documents.
To save a page off the web, open the
page, wait for it to load, then choose "Save"
from the "File" menu. A file navigation
dialog box will come up. Choose the directory where
you'd like to save the image, and type a file name
in the bottom panel of the window.
From the "Format" pop-up
menu in the middle of the screen, choose "Source"
to save the page as HTML document source, or "Text"
to save the page as text-only (without HTML code).
To save an image off of the web, right-press
on the image. A pop-up menu will come up:
Select Save Image As... from this menu.
A file navigation box will come up. Select the directory
where you want to save the image, type a file name,
and click on Save.
If you have saved the image to
your public_html directory, you will be able to include
it in your own web pages. Just remember the name you
typed to make it easier on yourself. If you want to
use the image on your web page but have saved the
image to another directory, use the File Manager to
move it into your public_html directory.
